Harper's Place
Harper's Place

Harper’s Place provides a safe, homelike setting that includes monitoring, provision of nourishment, and emotional support with the goal of reducing or eliminating an individual’s symptoms of mental illness so that the person does not need inpatient hospitalization or to assist in the transition to a less restrictive placement. The priority and goal each day will focus on promoting recovery, resiliency and self-determination. A stabilization plan will be developed and assessed on a continual basis to monitor progress and necessary level of care. Discharge planning will include the establishment of identified community linkages and support systems to be available and in place for the consumer on an ongoing basis.
